What distinguishes the residences
The association describes 210 condominiums, private garages accommodating two or three cars, semi-private elevators and at least two outdoor living areas. Its published amenity list includes a pool, spa, clubhouse, exercise facilities, sauna, barbecue area, walking and biking paths, bicycle storage and community boating access. Check the current condition, availability and rules for each amenity before buying.
How to compare units
- Compare the living-area plan with the terrace layout; do not combine interior and outdoor square footage without identifying the measurement basis.
- Confirm the garage number, size and legal assignment for the unit.
- Visit at different times of day to assess sun, shade, wind and neighboring views.
- Ask how elevator access, guest entry, deliveries and moving reservations work for that tower.
- For boating, obtain a separate explanation of slip rights, availability, costs and vessel limitations. Waterfront location does not establish an included slip.
Documents and floor plans
The association's public policies page offers applications and guidance for owners, rentals, renovations, moves and other community matters. Obtain the current declaration and amendments, rules, budget, insurance information, financial statements and relevant inspection and reserve documents directly from management. Match every plan to the specific tower, residence and recorded condominium exhibits. Floor plans should be matched to the specific residence before use.
Amelia, Bonaire and Davenport floor plans
These three historical drawings show each named residence with two terrace areas, elevator access and a study. The original room dimensions and building-position diagrams remain unchanged. They are modest-resolution marketing drawings, not a survey or a guarantee of the current residence. Verify living area and terrace area separately in the recorded exhibits.

Reserve-study dates and public policy library
The association publishes a SOCOTEC Structural Integrity Reserve Study dated May 20, 2025, for the period beginning January 1, 2026. Its visual site assessment occurred May 7, 2025. It covers 6021, 6061 and 6081 Silver King Boulevard and identifies 210 residences across three buildings. The “2026 SIRS” menu label describes the study period; it is not a 2026 inspection date.
The study addresses structural and major building components and projected reserve funding. Its estimates are not current account balances, contractor bids or proof that repairs have been completed. Request the latest approved budget, financial statements and written work-status update.

The public library also provides owner, rental, move-in and renovation materials. Check document versions and current charges directly with management before submitting an application.
